Which Homecraft Apex model works with my electrical supply?
The 10 kW Apex is offered here in 240V single-phase. The 12 and 15 kW models are available in 240V single-phase or 208V three-phase, while the 18 kW configuration is 208V three-phase. Have a qualified electrician confirm the site supply before ordering.
Why do the control choices change when I select a different Apex model?
A control must match the heater output, voltage and phase. The configurator follows the same compatibility rules as the current ZAPARA catalogue and hides controls that do not belong with the selected Apex configuration.
How much space can the Apex heat?
Published ranges run from 400–625 ft³ for 10 kW to 690–1,150 ft³ for 18 kW. Glass, masonry, insulation, ventilation and ceiling height affect sizing, so the room should be reviewed as a complete project.
Can Apex be used for a commercial sauna?
Some Apex configurations may suit shared or light-commercial rooms, subject to the project design, duty cycle, local code and Homecraft documentation. Send ZAPARA the room and electrical details for a model-specific recommendation.
